Zombie Flesheaters (1979)

Classic video nasty featuring the undead rising on a tropical secret island. Has a classic scene of an exploding eyeball which is pretty scary. The zombies themselves are pretty rank as expected from the late Lucio Fulci. Zombies under the sea is different, fantastic bit of filming as a zombie grapples with a shark losing his arm and drawing blood.
