The Zombie Diaries (2006)

A low budget English take on the genre, quite impressive too for an independent. The story follows several groups throughout an infestation via their video recordings. Not quite as disjointed as I was expecting. Some characters are pretty lame, but others are notable. I don't think American audiences would get this, it is very English. Its more like a thriller than a horror, but there are a few tense moments. Its a real sit down with the lights out film. It has been accused of ripping off both 'Pulp Fiction' and George A Romero's new project.
